I paid but I cannot see my download!

When using the payment methods provided especially in the case of Paypal/Card, many checks are performed such as 3D secure. There may be a short delay of up to 4 minutes before your order will change to confirmed. Although it's usually done within 30 seconds, it really depends on PayPal servers and it's something we have zero control over. Our system will automatically mark the order as confirmed the moment PayPal communicates back to us that payment was successfully verified.

Once it's changed to confirmed almost certainly you will then be able to access the download, providing the seller uploaded it in the 1st place (We have policies in place to ensure it)

If you do not see your order change from processing/processed to confirmed after a window of around 10 minutes has passed, its highly likely the payment was not taken, please check your PayPal account to check. In that case, you can try again.
