License agreement
The agreement covers all audio - visual & software assets produced by both The Patchbay & by third parties who sell through The Patchbay.
By continuing to place your order and use these audio - visual & software assets you agree to be bound by the terms set in this agreement.
With this license, you can use the audio - visual & software assets & can release your creative output commercially without any further payment, fees, or royalty. This includes your website, multimedia, audio production, video production or performance. You cannot however sell those audio - visual & software assets in their source form in a commercial product from which you profit from.
The audio - visual & software assets you purchase are sold to you under a non-transferable lifetime royalty-free license. This means that only you, the owner of your purchase has the right to use them in a commercial capacity. You cannot resell the audio - visual & software assets that you purchase. You cannot redistribute them on a file-sharing network.
To be clear, you cannot isolate the audio - visual & software assets to sold individually, as a whole or in part in an end product in which you charge for.
You agree to remain diligent and safeguard the audio - visual & software assets you download from The Patchbay to ensure you prevent unauthorized use or distribution of said audio - visual & software assets. In the event your account has been compromised, you can contact us to let us know as soon as possible. You must not give access for your account to another party.
All resale of products found on The Patchbay must have strict permission to do so. In the event you are interested in reselling any product from our website please contact us via ticket support.
By continuing to purchase your order, you agree to be bound by these terms. You agree all information you provide is accurate & true. You will not disclose access codes or passwords you use to access areas on The Patchbay.
