BMX Escape
BMX Escape is a French electronic music group composed of Benoit (synthesizer, studio production) and Sylvain (guitar, vocals). Deeply inspired by the '80s pop culture, the project combines nostalgic and cinematic soundscapes with catchy synth melodies. Mainly instrumental at the very start of the project, the concept has expanded with a more pop vision with vocals and electric guitar. On stage, lighting and video play a role with synchronized montages and lights controlled in real-time.

This Ableton project is amazing. I don't think you'll ever find a comparable Ableton synthwave project at such a low price anywhere else. Personally I'm a sucker for Ableton project files, especially when they're well made like this one right here. Ableton project files give so much more insight into the arrangement and mixing and sound design than active listening possibly could. BMX Escape uses stock plugins as well as some freeware plugins and a few paid ones, such as Serum and Massive. It's very thoughtful of him to freeze the tracks that use paid plugins, so anyone can open the file and listen to it. And if you do own the plugins yourself you can simply unfreeze the tracks, of course. The project file is quite elaborate. It contains 45 tracks and lots of EQing, compression, effects, automation, simply everything you'd expect to find a high quality polished track. It's a full length arrangement that goes 4 minutes and 40 seconds and has lots of variety to keep the listener listening. Plenty of different brilliant synth sounds too.

I was curious to get some under the hood insights into this great track and it doesn't disappoint. Reverse engineering the routing and processing and studying the arrangement was very informative. Great purchase!
